Kobe was shown them before game 5 against the Suns. He fell in love with them and begged to go out and play in the sz. 13 samples, even though they were a little tight. Nike of course said no...as the shoe isn't finished.

Eric Avar designed them...and he's the BEST designer of all time...so I wouldn't go on and hate until you see them up close.

Kobe has already shot around in these during the 1st Round of the Playoffs in front of Nike folks looking for feedback.

I found out they were going to wait, but seeing as how the Lakers weren't goin to make it past the Suns the date got moved up.

I told you all this Shoe was Inspired from a Fruit Basket and there are two different versions.

A Less Rubberized Posite Material and and more Rubbery Posite Material.

When I first saw them last month, I didn't know WHAT to think about them.

Also Eric Avar didn't design the ENTIRE shoe.. he actually pitched in and added the Sole OutRigger which is HIS staple.

If you see this shoe in person IN either form, you will have mixed emotions JUST like all the designers did when the Samples were done up.

I believe they are at like 95% finished and maybe 100% now..since it's been since April when I peeped them.

Real nice dude who is carrying the process to completion, that has the biggest design assignment on these. I forget his name, but nice dude.

I think they are expecting mixed emotions as well.. and if Kobe likes it... that's really all that matters in the end.

不快不快

當你看到某一代剛放到架上的時候，就該想到下一代了

實際上是準備上市的這一代，下一代已經進入銷樣了，
草圖-->樣品-->銷樣(給客戶挑，並不是每雙都會量產)-->量產試做-->量產-->上市，
這過程至少都要半年以上，因為客戶要修改，次數不一定，不過現在時程持續在縮短中！
台灣的樣品室也要慢慢轉移到海外的工廠，也就是說未來連MIT的樣品鞋都沒有了！
所以你在鞋店買剛上市的鞋時，下一代早已經準備好了！
