Kay Yow是北卡州大女籃的傳奇籃球教練，同時也是女子籃球教練協會WBCA的創辦人，在1987年診斷出罹患乳腺癌後，就一直與癌症抗鬥，她也成立Kay Yow WBCA Cancer Fund癌症基金會，很不幸的Kay Yow教練在2009年的1月份過逝，38年的女子大學執教生涯留下737勝-344敗的輝煌戰績，也是700勝的傳奇教頭，同時她也曾經率領美國隊獲得1988年的奧運女籃金牌，在美國的女籃發展史上絕對是一個相當具有份量的教練















在此之前，Nike所推出與Kay Yow相關的產品，有Air Force XXV Low、Huarache Elite、Hyperdunk、Blue Chip Low、Huarache Excel、Tee、Jerseys與Basketball。
