I tried my best to google them.
Can't find any special limited Wade 1.3. Sorry abt.
But, all the Wade 1.3s I have seen online, they all say they are limited edition.

It's the closest thing I have seen so far which says "limited edition" but it just look like a standard 1.3

Just did a bit of research on Wikipedia
It's yellow because because his highschool team and college colour is yellow.
