Zoom LeBron 6 球鞋中底配有全掌型Zoom Air氣墊以提供最靈敏的反應外，後跟部位還有雙層Zoom Air氣墊。緩震裝置讓球員在跳躍時，前腳掌可以瞬間轉移。球鞋內部的刀槽深紋容許一切自然的動作：配合運動員雙腳的動作，而不是與之抗衝。Zoom LeBron 6 鞋領的開口更寬，既方便球鞋的穿脫，又保留了全腳掌的貼腳感。鞋領部位的塗鴉藝術圖案突顯出LeBron 的座右銘：熱情、家庭、勝利、無懼、夢想。
