據 Complex (Sole Collector) 總經理 Brendan Dunne 於 Twtitter 上表示，Nike 執行長 John Donahoe 在 2023 Q4 財報電話會議中透露，Nike 計畫將在不久後的 Kobe Bryant Day (8 月 24 日) 之前重新啟動其系列。
雖然目前還不清楚是以何種方式進行 (繼續打造新鞋？更多的復刻？)，但此消息一出勢必引來高度期待，畢竟 2022 年 3 月他們與 Kobe Bryant 家族重新簽約至今，只有連續兩年在 Gianna Bryant 冥誕時發行紀念鞋款，無論產品款式或數量，都不若以往來得多且豐富，讓不少鞋迷感到沮喪。

有意思的是 John Donahoe 說 “Kobe brand” 而非 “Kobe series”，不曉得是否暗示 Nike 接下來會以子品牌的規模推動 Kobe 相關產品呢？距離 Kobe Bryant Day 只剩不到兩個月，答案很快就會揭曉。
